When I ordered the side of potatoes, I thought it would be more like a souffle. Instead they were puffed homemade potato chips, served in a bowl made out of ridged potato chips, resting on a bed of shoestring potatoes. Tasty, but a rather rich complement to the flank steak and fatty ribs.
